The Law enters into force from the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Item 2 of the Article 67 of the Law No. 160-1 on environmental protection shall acquire a new wording: «Classification of protected areas shall be established in conformity with the national legislation on protected areas». Item 10 of the Article 8 of the Law No. 162-1 on especially protected areas shall acquire a new wording: «The authorized environmental institution shall determine the terms and conditions of the collection of environmental fees». In the Paragraph 4 of the Item 2 of the Article 11 the wording «central executive body» shall be substituted with the wording «authorized institution in the sphere of protected areas».
