Abstract

The present Law regulates relations in the sphere of ensuring food quality and food safety. The document consists of IV Sections that contain 22 articles. Section I (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Section II (arts. 6-10) regards state regulation in the sphere of ensuring food quality and food safety, as well as food derivatives and commodities. Section III (arts. 11-20) establishes requirements for ensuring food quality and food safety, as well as food derivatives and commodities. Section IV (arts. 21 and 22) lays down final provisions.
