Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force ten days after the date of its first official publication.
Abstract

Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 9. Export and import of pedigree production (materials). Export and import of pedigree production (materials) shall be carried out in accordance with the modalities established by the national legislation on pedigree stockbreeding and veterinary. Export of pedigree production (materials) shall be carried out in the presence of pedigree attestation and veterinary certificate issued by the competent authority. Import of pedigree production (materials) shall be carried out in the presence of veterinary certificate and pedigree attestation or an equivalent document issued by the competent authority of exporting country and recognized by the competent authority. Import of semen with a view of subsequent trade thereof shall be carried out by pedigree centres and distribution centres.”
