This Law enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law consisting of 7 articles aims at approving in Bahrain the Unified Law of GCC on the Control of Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. Responsible body for following up the implementation of the Law is the Supreme Council for Environment. The fees due for services and licenses provided in accordance with the provisions of the Law shall be determined by a decision of the head of the Council after the approval of the Council of Ministers. Interested parties may appeal against the decisions issued in implementation of the provisions of the Law to the president of the Supreme Council for Environment.
