Abstract This Law is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 decrees the Gulf of Toubly a natural protected area of the second category (national park) and shall be in total possession of the State under the control and management of the competent authority for protected areas. Article 2 decrees the ban on all operations of filling up, burial and interment with earth in the aforementioned zone. Article 3 entrusts the competent authority to delimit the protected zone by physical marks and to prepare the final map within 3 months from the date of the issuance of this Law. Article 5 contains offences and penalties. Article 7 charges the Council of Ministers to issue the necessary resolutions and measures for the implementation of this Law.
