Abstract This Law, consisting of 4 articles, creates the State Programme for floriculture development within the State of Rio de Janeiro. This Programme will be under the State Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Supply (SEAPPA-RJ). The Programme aims at the development of the production chain of: flowers, ornamental and medicinal plants to be cultivated within the State of Rio de Janeiro.
