Abstract This Law aims to sanction practices of theft and destruction of products on agricultural properties. The Law in particular establishes that whoever, with the illegitimate intention of appropriating for themselves or others, enters other people's agricultural properties, subtracts, transports and keeps agricultural and forestry goods, as well as species of poultry, goats, sheep, pigs and cattle or other species intended for human consumption, whose financial value is less than the minimum wage of the Civil Service, is punished with imprisonment for up to one year or a fine. Anyone who illegitimately appropriates, for their own benefit or for others, agricultural, forestry or livestock goods entrusted to their custody, is punished with imprisonment from one to three years or a fine.
