The Law enters into force from the date of its official publication.

Abstract

The present Law determines state policy in the sphere of environmental protection against industrial and consumer waste, reduction of hazardous impact of the aforesaid substances, ensuring ecological balance, use of waste as utility waste and regulates relations connected with waste, except for noxious gases, polluted water and nuclear waste.
