Abstract This Law establishes that it is not allowed to conclude employment contracts with persons who have not reached eighteen years of age (excluding exceptional cases when it is allowed to conclude an employment contract with them in accordance with the Labor Code of Turkmenistan). Employers - legal entities, regardless of their organizational and legal form and form of ownership and natural persons are prohibited the use of labor of workers under the age of eighteen years, for work with harmful and (or) dangerous (particularly harmful and (or) particularly dangerous) working conditions. Labor activity of children under the age of eighteen, which is not harmful to their health or moral development, regardless of the form in which it is carried out, is temporary or seasonal, should not prevent them from receiving general secondary education.
