This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, consisting of 15 articles, provides for the primary activity in the State of Amazonas. It establishes that a rural producer is a natural or legal person engaged in the following activities: agriculture; livestock, apiculture, poultry, rabbit, sheep, goat, and swine breeding, sericulture, aquaculture and other forms of breeding; extraction and plant exploitation, except for wood extraction; animal exploitation, including aquatic animal extractivism (ornamental fishing); and artisanal fisheries.
