Abstract

This Law ratifies the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and their Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity. The Nagoya Protocol is approved in the Annex on access to genetic resources and the fair and equitable sharing of benefits deriving from their use in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (OHCHR) are ratified and implemented in accordance with Article 28 (1) of the Constitution. United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, adopted at Nagoya, Japan on 29 October 2010, at the 10th Meeting of the Parties to the Convention, the text of which is in the original English and translated into Greek.
