Abstract This Law establishes legal protection of registered trademarks and service marks in accordance with national legislation and international agreements. Trademark can be registered in the name of legal person or individual entrepreneur. Certificate shall be issued for each registered trademark. Registration of trademarks containing false or misleading information shall be prohibited. Application for registration of trademark shall contain: (a) application containing applicant data; (b) description of trademark; and (c) list of products and services grouped in accordance with international classification. State Service on Protection of Inventions and Registration of Trademarks and Service Marks shall register trademarks and service marks.
