Abstract This Law sets forth principles and procedures of protection, development and management of historical and cultural values of sites in Gallipoli Peninsula National Park. The protection, improvement and development activities of the Park will be made within the frame of a long term implementation plan. Any kind of construction whatsoever, except for daily recreational purposes, are not allowed. Mining in the National Park can only be allowed by a Government Decree.
