Abstract

The present Law establishes legal, economic and organizational basis of state policy related to ecological education of the population and regulates relations in this sphere. The document consists of V Sections that contain 14 Articles. Sec.I (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Sec.II (Arts.5-9) regards regulation in the sphere of ecological education of the population. Sec.III (Arts.10-11) regards standards and economic regulation in the sphere of ecological education. Sec.IV (Arts.12-13) regards control over the observance of legislative requirements in the sphere of ecological education. Sec.V (art. 14) regards international cooperation.
