Abstract This Law is composed 6 articles. Article 1 prohibits hunting of wild animals, birds and reptiles in protected areas, islands, towns and villages, at a distance of less than 500 metres from public roads and streets, as well as in private properties. Article 2 allows hunting in the zones not mentioned above only during specific hunting seasons from sunrise to sunset. Article 3 prohibits hunting of marine turtles and eggs, bird’s eggs and nests as well as damaging and injuring parks and wild plants. Article 5 contains offences and penalties.
