Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: "The modalitiews of insertion and the list of data inserted in the State register of protected selection achievements shall be determined by the Government of Kyrgyz Republic".
