Abstract This Law, consisting of 32 articles, establishes the environmental licensing requirements within the State of Amazonas. It specifies environmental standards and taxes to be paid in order to obtain an environmental licence, which will be issued by the Environmental Protection Institute of Amazonas (IPAAM).
