Abstract This Law, consisting of 22 articles, establishes the State School Feeding Programme (PEALE-RO) for urban and rural State Public School Network within the State of Rondônia. This Programme, within the scope of the State Secretariat of Education (SEDUC), aims to provide financial assistance to urban and rural schools. SEDUC, through the State School Feeding Programme, is authorized to transfer financial resources to the Executing Units who are entitled to promote the school feeding programme. The financial assistance to be granted to each Executing Unit will be defined annually and based on the number of students enrolled in the school, according to the data extracted from the data on enrolled students (Educa Censo) of the previous year, calculated per pupil and school days, being this amount defined by Act of the Chief Executive, according to budget availability.
