This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

This Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection, reproduction and management of wild fauna and has as its purpose conservation thereof in its natural habitats. It shall not be applicable to fisheries and hunting. Wild fauna species living in state of natural freedom in their natural habitats shall be property of the state.
