The Law concerns: production and marketing of animal feed and feed additives; issuance of licences for the establishment and operation of livestock and poultry facilities; environmental assessment and evaluation of livestock facilities; evaluation of organic waste disposal system; presence of wells or boreholes for irrigation and drinking water reservoirs in the area surrounding a livestock facility; respect of minimum distances in physical installations and spaces of livestock facilities, for public interest purposes.
