Abstract This Law establishes the modalities of transfer in lease of in concession of some objects of fuel and energy complex pertaining to fuel and energy complex and the particulars of lease and concession of such objects. It deals with mining of coal. The aforesaid relations shall be regulated by lease and concession contracts and agreements. Concession operator (participant) and leaseholder can be exclusively legal person. Transfer in lease of in concession of some objects of fuel and energy complex pertaining to fuel and energy complex shall be performed through tenders.
