Abstract The present Law regulates interrelations originating between citizens and state executive bodies, as well as between the subjects of state and private systems of health services. The document consists of X Secs. that contain 61 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-3) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 4-9) regards organization of the protection of public health. Section III (Arts. 10-23) establishes the rights of citizens, foreigners and stateless persons in the sphere of the protection of public health. Section IV (Arts. 24-28) establishes the rights of citizens in the sphere of medical and social assistance. Section V (Arts. 29-31) regards family planning and regulation of human reproductive functions. Section VI (Arts. 32-41) regards guarantees of concession of medical and social assistance to citizens. Section VII (Arts. 42-45) regards medical expertise. Section VIII (Arts. 46-56) regards the rights and social protection of medical and pharmaceutical workers.
