Abstract This Law authorizes the Government to amend the legal regime of Capo-Verdean Harbours, approved by Legislative Decree No. 10/2010. It aims at establishing that the National Company for Port Administration, S. A. (ENAPOR) is the general concessionary of ports under Cape-Verdean jurisdiction, at clarifying the distribution of competencies between the different public agents of the maritime and harbour sector and at eliminating the requirement of access to the activity of port agent.
