Abstract The law aims at the organization of agricultural production and consumer protection as well as at the development of exports of fresh agricultural products. The law prescribes the standardization of all agricultural products as compulsory. The standardization may take place in the centres of standardization or done locally at agricultural co-operations. With the issuance of Royal Decrees shall be established the products for standardisation, the methods, procedures, quantities and terms on which standardization takes place.
