Entry into force notes
The law shall enter into force one month after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The law aims at the organization of agricultural production and consumer protection as well as at the development of exports of fresh agricultural products. The law prescribes the standardization of all agricultural products as compulsory. The standardization may take place in the centres of standardization or done locally at agricultural co-operations. With the issuance of Royal Decrees shall be established the products for standardisation, the methods, procedures, quantities and terms on which standardization takes place. The present law also establishes the creation of national and local markets for the distribution of such products.
