Abstract This Law, composed of 102 articles, rules on administrative consequences of act adversely affecting environment. It defines the facts constituting an administrative infringement or an omission adversely affecting environment. The Law gives the general rules for defining sanctions and fees, regulates the legal action for the settlement of an environmental administrative dispute and the related right of appeal. In particular, the Law rules on sanctions applicable to: infringements against fauna, flora, pollution, cultural heritage, State environmental administration, environmental licensing.
