Abstract

This Law is composed of 21 articles. It delimits marine areas under national jurisdiction and national powers in the high seas. It regulates external borders in the territorial area, in the contiguous area, in the exclusive economic zone and in the continental platform. In particular, it defines three main sub-areas and rules on national powers as well as measures for controlling the right to visit.
