This Law enters into force on 1 August 2010.

Abstract

The scope of this Law shall be regulation of issues related to management of public forest by the authorized state institution National Forest Agency subordinated to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources. The main purposes of the National Forest Agency shall be as follows: (a) forest management, afforestation and reforestation; (b) sustainable management of biological diversity in forests; (c) mapping of forest boundaries; (d) regulation of forest uses; and (e) supervisi
