This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law amends articles 1 and 6 regulating the State Programme of Agro-Forestry Centres (PQA) within the State of Acre and authorizes the Executive Branch to grant the right to use public rural lands located in the agroforestry areas to implement the State Sustainable Development Policy. Amendments establish that to make feasible the implementation of Agroforestry Systems (SAFS) and to maintain the productive capacity of the soil, parts of the areas destined to Agroforestry Areas and Farms may be destined to projects of research, teaching and extension agroforestry.
