Abstract This Law, consisting of 5 articles, establishes the legal authorization for the production of the Environmental Basic Legislation. It specifies terms and conditions to be observed in order to regulate the sustainable use of environmental sector, in particular to protect and preserve the local ecosystems, to preserve and use in a sustainable way National natural resources.
