Abstract This Law is composed of 11 articles. Article 1 deals with definitions and terms. Article 2 entrusts the Ministry of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs to control the cultivated plants, regulate the grazing, and to protect and exploit plants. The Ministry shall define the grazing season and no-grazing zones (arts. 3 and 4). It shall be prohibited to carry out agricultural works, tree rooting, exploit natural resources, and establish fixed installations unless a previous licence has been obtained. It shall be prohibited to set a fire, to burn agricultural crops and herbages, to discharge waste water on cultivated plants as well as to damage plant protected areas. Article 8 entrusts the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs with competences to act as Control Officers. Article 9 deals with offences and penalties.
