Abstract In this law for the protection of cultural assets, article 13 makes reference to the access and use of archaeological land for agricultural activities. More specifically, in archaeological sites situated out of cities or existing human settlements limits, the practice of agriculture, livestock-farming, hunting or other relevant activities, as well as building activity it is possible after authorization that is granted with a Decision by the Minister of Culture, issued following the relevant opinion of the Board.
