Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Article 2 defines objectives of the aforementioned Schools in particular to: graduate veterinary controllers and inspectors in field of animal breeding and treating; as well as, protect and develop the animal wealth. Article 3 entrusts the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform to define the following matters: requirements and conditions for the admission in the Schools; programmes and courses; rules and principles for examinations; and issuance of diplomas. Articles 4 to 7 deal with the following matters: duration of study in the Schools and Branches is 3 years after the obtainment of the diploma of basic education; graduates are subject to same requires and conditions for professional schools to admit to universities; head teachers of the aforementioned Schools and Branches will be designated by the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform; and, funds and financial means of Schools and Branches shall be covered by the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform.
