Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication

Abstract

Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Disposal of consumer waste containing ozone depleting substances on domestic and non-domestic waste disposal sites without reovery of the aforesaid substances for subsequent recycling or destruction thereof shall be prohibited".
