Abstract This Law establishes the modalities of access and ensuring everyone’s right of access to information in possession of public authority and other distributors of information of public interest. Public information shall be open to public access except for cases envisaged by acting legislation. The scope of this Law is to ensure transparency and openness of public authority and implementation of the mechanism of access to public information.
