Abstract

This law aims at the protection of the public health, animal wealth and environment against epidemic and contagious diseases. It is composed of 8 Chapters divided into 39 articles. Chapter I gives terms and definitions. Chapter II defines objectives and scope of application. Chapter III deals with the control and quarantine of the transit of animals, animal products, remaining and lefts.
