Abstract This Law establishes the main directions of implementation of state policy in the sphere of ensuring food security, and also ensures the right of citizens to healthy and complete nutrition. The modalities of ensuring adequate level of food production shall be established by the Cabinet of Ministers in conformity with acting provisions of international law in the sphere of supply of foodstuffs.
