Abstract The law ratifies the Convention on the conservation of migratory species of wild animals and the Annexes related thereto. Aim of the contracting Parties and of Range Parties is to take action collectively in order to conserve migratory species and to minimize the factors preventing the migration of such species, especially when crossing more national jurisdictional boundaries. The implementation of the provisions of the Convention and the arrangement of matters related thereto falls under the competence of the Ministry of Environment, Planning and Public Works.
