Abstract This Law, consisting of 15 articles divided into four Chapters, creates the State Council for the Rural Development (CEDR/RR). The Council is a consultative and deliberative collegiate body, part of the Rural Development Plan (PNDR) and attached to the Secretariat of Agriculture and State Supply (SEAAB/RR).
