Abstract The purpose of this Law is to regulate the relations in the field of protection and use of the objects of cultural heritage that are the national property of the people of Uzbekistan. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II regards state management in the field of protection and use of the objects of cultural heritage. Section III deals with state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Section IV regards conservation of the objects of cultural heritage.
