Abstract

This Law amends Law No. 1.460 creating the Assistance Programme to indigenous populations and small producers – PRÓ-FLORESTANIA. Amendments deal with incentive opportunities for productive activities to indigenous populations and small producers and establishes new competencies of the State Secretariat for Forestry Development, Industry and Commerce and Sustainable Services (SEDENS), as well as of the State Secretariat for Agro-Forestry Extension and Household Production (SEAPROF).
