Abstract Administrative Code must be supplemented with the Articles 116-3 and 188-15. Article 116-3 establishes liability for the infringement of the registration of mercantile marine vessels. Article 188-15 establishes liability for non-execution of legitimate requests of the officials of marine and fluvial institutions. Article 225 establishes competence of marine and fluvial institutions. Article 317 acquires a new wording: “Decrees regarding deprivation of the right of steering fluvial and small-size vessels must be validated by the head of Chief state inspection for safe navigation and his deputies and by headmaster of fluvial port.” Full text Ukrainian
