Abstract This Law establishes that pawn shall be intended to secure of obligations if otherwise is not envisaged by the acting legislation. Due to pawn and in accordance therewith creditor (pledge holder) in case of non-compliance of a pledger with obligations originating from pawn shall have the right to secure the value of the pawn through property of the pledger on preferential terms by contrast with other creditors.
