Abstract This Law establishes the particulars of transfer in concession of the objects of heat supply, water abstraction and water supply. Decisions on transfer in concession of the objects of municipal property shall be taken by local government and of the objects of regional property shall be taken by the regional authorities. Concession of the objects of heat supply, water abstraction and water supply shall be regulated by concession contracts.
