The Law consists of 6 Sections composed of 26 articles dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1, arts. 1-5); 2) application of plant quarantine (sect. 2, arts. 6-13); 3) the state plant quarantine service (sect. 3, arts. 14-18); 4) dispute settlement (sect. 4, arts. 19-22); 5) liability (sect. 5, arts. 23 and 24); 6) international cooperation (sect. 6, arts. 25 and 26).
