Abstract Article 11-1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of bycatch of sturgeon fish species viable species shall be released to natural environment while nonviable species shall be delivered to state monopoly for payment in accordance with price set by the Government”. Article 20-1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Acclimatization and stock enhancement of waterbodies shall be carried out by authorization of the authorized state institution issued in accordance with biological substantiation and after approval by state environmental audit. Acclimatization of alien fish species shall be prohibited”.
