Abstract This Law determines the necessary rules for the effective support and promotion as regards the cultivation of hemp (Cannabis sativa L.), a plant variety here defined as crop that can contribute to reduce the environmental impact in agriculture (also soil consumption, desertification and loss of biodiversity).
