This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law establishes licensing requirements for forest exploitation. It consists of 22 articles specifying the requirements to be satisfied for obtaining a licence for forest resource exploitation, which shall be issued by the Intitution for Environmental Protection of Amazonas - IPAAM.
