Abstract This Law determines legal and organizational grounds of pedigree stockbreeding and is aimed at obtaining qualitative pedigree stock and pedigree animal products and materials. National and regional pedigree stockbreeding programs shall be validated by the Council of Ministers and local government with a view of rational utilization of pedigree stock and pedigree animal products and conservation of genetic fund of pedigree rare and small numbered breed.
