The Law focuses on: creative economic actors; creation of new job opportunities; business standardisation and professional certification in the field of creative economy; funding and financing; incentives to protect the creative economy and the related research activities; development of a creative education system; procedures for facilitating the record and protection of intellectual property rights; duties of government and of its agencies in the field of creative economy.
