Abstract The purpose of this Law is to provide for the rational exploitation of state-owned natural resources based on potential capacity and the sustainable development of the environment by establishing the principle of paid resource exploitation. Environmental fees shall be applicable to minerals, timber and non-timber products, fishing and hunting resources. The use of natural resources shall be charged and shall be subject to licensing.
